How will I receive my files?

The link to download your files will be available once payment is processed and emailed to the email address you provide at checkout.

My files are printing too large or the images are cut off. How do I fix this?

There should be an option on your printer or computer print screen labeled "fit to screen" (or something similar; it's different on some printers). That should take care of it.

Can I share the files I purchase with my friends and family?

Our printable download is for personal use only. Please do not share, resell or redistribute. You do get unlimited download, but it's best to save the PDF file(s) on your computer. Please note, that if excessive download is reviewed (especially from different IP addresses), your download link will be deactivated. We do offer a Site License  that allows many educators to teach many students. Please contact us for a quote. 

Where do you get the pens, cutter, laminating supplies, glue, etc. that you use to assemble your activities?

Do you ship physical copies of your books and activities?

We only offer digital files at this time. 

Do you ever do custom activities?

Custom products are on a case by case basis as time is limited. But there are the exceptions so feel free to contact us!

Where can I print my activities?

You can print at home, or at any local print shops for example: Staples, Office Max, etc.). There are also several online printing services.

Returns, refunds and exchanges on downloadable products (PDF)

There are absolutely no returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind for any printable item. These purchases are sent to you immediately after payment. It is the responsibility of the customer to do research of the item they are purchasing. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
